When Allah revealed the Torah, it began with the creation of the universe. It was made clear that there is only one Allah, the Creator. The first principle and commandment among the ten fundamental principles and commandments is the unity of Allah. These ten commandments are referred to as the Ten Commandments. Allah clarified that by acknowledging Allah as the Creator and Master and advancing in the field of knowledge, one progresses without stumbling. Three thousand years after the Torah, Allah revealed His final book, the Noble Quran, to His last messenger, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Addressing His beloved Prophet, He first commanded, ‘Read in the name of your Lord who created. Created man from a clinging substance.’ (Al-Alaq: 1-2)
Yes! It has been explicitly clarified that the source of knowledge in the universe is the divine essence of the one Allah. If you accept it, you will understand why and how the universe exists, and you will understand the purpose of human creation within it. By building faith on this fundamental truth, you will continue to solve all scientific and intellectual puzzles and will continue to adorn the crown of humanity with dignity. If you do not do so, you will wander astray and will also spread barbarity, staining humanity with blood.
The greatest dilemma faced by scientists today is the search for the Creator of the universe. They may deny the existence of God, but they have come to realize that from the smallest particle to the construction of the heavens and galaxies, four forces govern every creation: gravitational force, weak nuclear force, electromagnetism, and strong nuclear force. Now scientists say that if they can combine these four forces theoretically into one force, understanding the universe will become easier. Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking attempted this, but they were skeptical about the existence of the Creator of the universe, so after mental effort, they ultimately departed from this world unsuccessful. Scientists are still unsuccessful today. The day they believe in the one Allah, acknowledge the Creator of the universe, they will find their destination (Single Equation). That is, scientists are in search of monotheism. Remember! Religious people may believe in monotheism, but they differentiate within the creation of the Creator, namely in humanity, considering themselves superior. They have no significance for humanity; they also become harmful to humanity, and their injustices reach such extremes that even the head of beasts bows in shame.
I remember a professor from Aitchison College. He was my friend. They were such saints of Allah that they were also the Khateeb of the mosque of Riaz-ul-Jannah in Lahore. He was of a humble nature, scholars in practice. They used to lead Eid prayers in Ghari Shah area in Lahore. I used to offer Eid prayers near the Dharampura bridge on the Lahore Canal. On one occasion when I reached the Eidgah, I saw that in the next row, the respected professor of Aitchison College, Mr. Mian Khan, had arrived. We met, I asked, “Where are you?” He said, “I preferred becoming your follower because Eid is a symbol of the social gathering of Muslims.” I convinced all the worshipers and followers of this and brought them along with me.
By God! I was astonished that such Allah’s people are still present in my country; it is because of them that Pakistan exists and the whole world exists. They were also the teachers of Hussain Nawaz Sharif. After suffering from paralysis for ten years, Mr. Mian Khan passed away. He had set up a canal place in a society. Some occupation took place there, and the relevant people took possession; the decision could not be made for years. Professor Sahib retired, and all the accumulated wealth was wasted. In the same grief after suffering from paralysis, they died. Although there was also a small house of the disciple, but carrying the grief of not having personal residence in Lahore, they left. I will appeal to the Chief Minister of Punjab to look into this matter with special attention. God willing, the reward of gratitude of the scholars will definitely be received in this world and the hereafter. And they are also establishing a system to control the land mafia, so pray that Allah Almighty grant success to the Chief Minister of Punjab in it, Amen!
In my country, nowadays the Grand Mufti of Gaza, Dr. Mahmoud Yousuf al-Shawbaki, is present. You were the head of the Islamic Studies department at the largest Islamic university in Gaza City. You are a Ph.D. from Medina University and Al-Azhar University. Effective programs were held in Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Abbottabad, and Peshawar. I had the honor of accompanying him in all the programs and also had the opportunity to address. Mr. Qari Muhammad Yaqoob Sheikh, who is himself a gold medalist from Riyadh University, addressed every program and also translated the Arabic speeches of the Grand Mufti. Respected Professor Saifullah Khalid, Dr. Nasir Hamdani, who are companions of the scholars of Gaza in helping the Grand Mufti of Palestine, are all united in their sympathy for the people of Gaza.
Europe and America, by leaving the papacy and the tyranny of Theo Corps, decided to move forward. With their beneficial scientific innovations, they benefited humanity worldwide. Along with this, they also got rid of papal authoritarianism. They achieved salvation from hereditary rule and brought the republican system. On a global level, organizations such as the United Nations and the International Court of Justice were established; slavery was abolished, and many good initiatives were taken for the protection of human rights. Humanity was brought together on a global level. The countries under occupation were granted freedom.
Yes! Despite these good initiatives, contradictions continued to exist, the most important contradiction being the harsh treatment of the people of Palestine and Kashmir. Israeli forces and air forces have been oppressing the people of Gaza for the past seven months; they have shattered the mountains of oppression; they have terrified humanity. Consequently, students from all American universities and colleges are now in the field. They are protesting peacefully, demanding that Israel be stopped from oppression, that weapons not be given to Israel because these weapons are being used against innocent people, women, and children. The money of American taxpayers should not be wasted in wars. Instead of making decisions with justice and fairness in a democratic manner, the rulers have started violence against students. As a result, students from European countries are also in the field.
In Pakistan too, Punjab University, Karachi University, and many other educational institutions have started protesting in solidarity with the students and people of Gaza against oppression. Educational institutions all over the world have united against the oppression of Gaza. The world has entered a new era. It should be considered that just as scientific puzzles cannot be solved without acknowledging the unique Creator of the universe, similarly, peace and tranquility cannot be achieved without establishing a scale for all human rights of the one Allah. The more quickly this reality is understood and advanced with justice, the better it will be. Otherwise, the world will remain restless and always be on the brink of war.”
