Allah Rahman has honored our sacred homeland with a daughter. Her name is Dr. Fauzia Alvi. She was walking through the alleys of Gaza. She says: “I smelled fragrances here like musk. Here is a strange atmosphere of spirituality and tranquility. Institutions around the world were saying that there are thousands of bodies under the rubble, Israel has thrown such bombs, such bombs have been dropped that the stench of corpses will make the environment foul and polluted. Livestock, including sheep and cows, were also killed; therefore, the pollution of these animals will contaminate the environment, causing epidemics and diseases.

The Palestinian people will die from diseases and hunger, but despite these worldly realities, there were fragrances of musk in the markets of Gaza. Fragrances from the bodies of the oppressed and helpless martyrs were conveying a message and testimony. People of the world! The spirits of these oppressed are in a realm where it is the world of martyrs; there, the martyrs are enjoying the hospitality of their generous Lord.

Dr. Fauzia Alvi is a Pakistani woman holding Canadian citizenship. She is serving the people of Gaza with her son Walid Alvi. She says: “I have also worked in the ruins of Syria. I worked during the earthquakes in Turkey. I also worked during the natural disasters of my country Pakistan. I worked in many regions of the world, but the destruction seen in Gaza against humanity was not seen anywhere else. I went to a building, which is in Rafah. The rooms of this building are very small, fifty people are in each room. The faith of these people has kept them alive. Honorable readers! It is a matter of pride for us, the people of Pakistan, that Dr. Fauzia Alvi, the servant of humanity, was also nominated for the Nobel Prize in 2019.

Dr. Fauzia further states that there are eight thousand women buried in these ruins, and there are thousands of their children. It is a miracle of Allah’s powers that there is no mention of foul smell; rather, the fragrant spaces are aromatic. Families coming from Rafah are arriving here; they are sitting on mats and breaking their fasts; women are reciting the Quran. The words “Alhamdulillah” and “Allahumma stan” are on every woman’s tongue. I learned faith in Gaza and Rafah from the Palestinians. I saw in Rafah hospital, surgeries performed without anesthesia, limbs, hands, and legs being amputated, and I saw these women continuously reciting “HasbunAllahu Wa Ni’mal Wakil”.

This means that when the world has abandoned us, then is Allah sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs. A woman started saying to me: Muslims have abandoned us. I was surprised and said: Pakistan has not abandoned us; I am Pakistani. I met a woman named Reham; her house was hit by a bomb. One of her eyes became an instant martyr. Then her arm had to be amputated, then both her legs were also cut off. All her children became martyrs.

I was standing silent and stunned, what could I say to this misery? She bravely said: Alhamdulillah! Meaning, I am grateful to Allah for my situation. That’s why I say that I learned faith from these people. In Israel, there is a sect of extremist Jews called “Haredi (Haridi) Jews”. They are also called Ultra-Orthodox. They are very strict. They build schools in their populations, which receive government funding. The proportion of Jews in the Jewish population is 13%. They occupy the places of Palestinians. One of their important schools is “Yeshiva Mosh”. Its administrators are Rabbi Elbaai Homaali.

They give a fatwa saying, “It is permissible to kill every man, woman, and child of the Palestinians”. Israel’s newspaper “Haaretz” has published this statement in detail. A small excerpt is observed: In reality, it’s the women who create these terrorists. The terrorists of today are the children of the past. Translation: The truth is that it is these women who give birth to these terrorists; the terrorists of today were children in the past.

Yes! People of these schools are recruited into the Israeli army directly, and what do these soldiers do? One of countless examples is that a Palestinian child, whose golden hair and fair complexion, is only seven years old. He is naked and thirsty. He tells the journalist that Israeli soldiers entered his house, first they shot his father, then they shot his pregnant mother in the stomach. The terrified child was hiding in one place in the house and survived. A mother was crying that Allah Almighty had given her twin sons ten years later, but Israeli soldiers killed both her children and their father.

In the Second World War, Hitler carried out the genocide of the Jews and their mass murder. When Hitler was defeated, the Jews emerged as victims all over the world. The Christian world of Germany had oppressed them. It is a strange irony of history that instead of populating them in Europe, they were populated in Palestine, making their illegal state. Today, they have become even more oppressive than Hitler.

The discussions of current oppression are going on all over the world, and continuous new oppressive stories are coming up. Hollywood industry made several films on the oppression of Jews. Their actors and actresses were given Oscars. These films instilled sympathy for Jewish oppression in the hearts of many people in America, Europe, and all over the world. The times are changing. This Hollywood industry is now leaning towards standing with the oppressed Palestinians. The ceremony was held in the city of Los Angeles, USA. American citizens were gathered outside in large numbers for the protest. They were wearing Palestinian scarves on their heads, and Palestinian flags were in their hands.

Jonathan Glazer was given the biggest award, Oscar. In his speech, he termed the oppression of Israel as inhuman. He said: “If the Holocaust was oppression, then occupation and violence on Gaza are also oppression. How can we stop it?” Many Hollywood stars arrived here with the symbol of oppression, the red ribbon pinned to their chests. The event ended with the memory of an oppressed girl.

This ceremony was seen all over the world. The current month of Ramadan and March’s event is the latest event which is a glimpse of the spring for the oppression of Palestinians and the beginning of autumn for Israeli oppression in the world. Dr. Fauzia Alvi has requested the Pakistani government to step forward to help the people of Gaza.

Alhamdulillah, the process of government formation in Pakistan is complete, now we have to move towards stability. Political and economic stability is necessary. President of Pakistan Asif Zardari’s daughter Aseefa Zardari Bhutto has become the first lady, and Nawaz Sharif’s daughter Maryam Nawaz has become the Chief Minister of Punjab. Both are clear in their emotions of human compassion and service. Dr. Fauzia, who wants cooperation, my suggestion is that she should play a global role in the welfare of women and children of Gaza.

I think this companionship will also be helpful in political stability. Under this companionship, the best projects can be made for the health and welfare of Pakistani women and children.
